Key Points

In Occitanie, from May 1 to August 27, 2025, the following were identified:

• 82 imported cases of dengue, 96 imported cases of chikungunya, and 1 imported case of Zika

• 38 locally transmitted cases of chikungunya: 19 in Gard and 19 in Hérault

• 2 locally acquired cases of dengue: 1 in Lot and 1 in Pyrénées-Orientales

To limit the risk of local transmission, 255 entomological surveys and 189 vector control treatments were carried out in the vicinity of the cases.
