Key Points

In Occitanie, from May 1 to August 13, 2025, the following cases were identified:

• 74 imported cases of dengue, 90 imported cases of chikungunya, and 1 imported case of Zika

• 28 locally transmitted cases of chikungunya: 15 in Gard and 13 in Hérault

• 1 locally acquired case of dengue: in the Lot

To limit the risk of local transmission, 230 entomological surveys and 145 vector control treatments were carried out in the vicinity of the cases.
