Surveillance of Occupational Diseases in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region: 2018 Results

The objectives of the occupational disease surveillance program (MCP) are to estimate the prevalence rates of occupational diseases, describe the occupational exposure agents associated with these conditions, and contribute to the assessment of underreporting of occupational diseases. In 2018, 99 occupational physicians from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region participated, representing 17% of the region’s occupational physicians. A total of 10,220 employees were seen during this period.
