Summary

  • Overall activity level: slightly down

  • Influenza and influenza-like illnesses: active epidemic

  • Bronchiolitis: epidemic on the decline

  • Gastroenteritis: active outbreak

  • Measles: no cases reported to the InVS since November 1, 2011

  • Carbon monoxide (crude indicator): In week 9, no cases of carbon monoxide poisoning were recorded either in hospital emergency departments or by SOS-Médecins Limoges.

  • Hypothermia: In week 9, 4 cases of hypothermia were recorded in hospital emergency departments.

  • Asthma: In week 9, the number of diagnosed asthma cases decreased in hospital emergency departments and remained stable for SOS-Médecins Limoges compared to the previous week.

  • Mortality: Following a significant increase observed in week 9, mortality is declining in week 10 (unconsolidated data).
