Mortality: The number of deaths recorded from civil registry data over the past few weeks is in line with expected levels for this time of year.
Emergency room visits by vulnerable populationsNo significant changes in emergency room visits for children under 1 year of age and adults aged 75 and older.
Reportable Diseases (MDO) Note the persistently high incidence of IIM in the region, particularly in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
Enterovirus meningitis: Nationally, the number of emergency department visits for viral meningitis is decreasing across all age groups.
Acute gastroenteritis (AGE) In Aquitaine, AGE activity in hospital emergency departments and primary care is slightly increasing but remains close to the expected level for this time of year. Nationally, figures remain stable, within the range typically observed during this period.
Vector-borne diseases In Lot-et-Garonne, since the resumption of enhanced surveillance for chikungunya and dengue, two imported cases of dengue have been confirmed by the National Reference Center for Arboviruses.
Asthma and AllergiesAllergy activity is stable in Aquitaine as well as in France. An upward trend is observed in asthma monitoring at the regional level.
