Mortality: Mortality
trends are in line with expected levels for this time of year.

Emergency room visits by vulnerable populations
Emergency room visits by people aged 75 and older remain close to expected levels for this time of year. A slight increase has been observed among children under 1 year of age.

Reportable Diseases (MDO)
No unusual situation.

Chikungunya and dengue: enhanced surveillance in Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne
Since May 1, 165 suspected cases have been reported. Among them, 60 cases of chikungunya, 26 cases of dengue, and 3 co-infections have been confirmed, all of which were imported.

Acute gastroenteritis (AGE)
Indicator stable or declining in France as well as in Aquitaine.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses
A few sporadic cases reported.

Bronchiolitis
Activity is stable in emergency departments compared to last week and declining according to SOS Médecins data. AquiRespi treated 24 children during the previous shift.

Enterovirus meningitis and virology: Seasonal respiratory
viruses have begun circulating, according to the Bordeaux University Hospital.

Mushroom poisoning (indicator not detailed in the body of the document)
Indicator on the rise, with 63 cases in Aquitaine since July according to CAPTV and 12 according to Oscour® (824 and 338 in France).
