Situation in Lower and Upper Normandy

The seasonal influenza epidemic that began in week 2014-49 peaked in week 2015-06 in Lower Normandy and has stabilized at high levels in Upper Normandy. In both regions, influenza activity has reached levels higher than the trends observed during the same period in previous epidemic seasons. In Lower Normandy, the epidemic is dominated by the A(H3N2) virus, as observed at the national level. Whether the epidemic peak has been passed in both regions will need to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
