Key points
Acute lower respiratory tract infections
High activity, increasing in emergency departments and primary care (all ages), particularly among children under 15.
Bronchiolitis
Post-epidemic.
Slight increase in community practice and hospitals (emergency departments and hospitalizations), but activity remains moderate.
RSV positivity rates are decreasing, at a moderate level.
Influenza and influenza-like illnesses
Week 8 of the epidemic.
Increased activity across all age groups in emergency departments, at a high level.
Increase in the incidence rate of influenza-like illnesses (Sentinelles Network + IQVIA) and increase in activity across all age groups at SOS Médecins, particularly significant among those under 15.
Increase in hospitalizations following visits to emergency departments, particularly among those aged 65 and older.
Increase in the positivity rate for the influenza virus at the University Hospitals of Lille and Amiens.
COVID-19
Low and declining activity in emergency departments and at SOS Médecins.
