Key Points

Acute respiratory infections

  • High activity levels, which are stabilizing in emergency departments and primary care settings (all ages).

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses

  • 9th week of the epidemic

  • Activity has stabilized at a high level across all age groups in emergency departments and at SOS Médecins.

  • Increase in the incidence rate of flu-like illnesses (Sentinelles Network + IQVIA).

  • Decrease in hospitalizations following emergency department visits, all ages.

  • Decrease in the positivity rate for the influenza virus at the University Hospitals of Lille and Amiens.

Bronchiolitis

  • Post-epidemic.

  • Slight increase in primary care and hospitals (emergency departments and hospitalizations), but activity remains moderate.

  • Decreasing RSV positivity rate, returning to a moderate level.

COVID-19

  • Activity is low and slightly increasing in emergency departments, while remaining stable at SOS Médecins.
