Acute lower respiratory infections

  • The increase in activity is slowing down in emergency rooms and stabilizing at SOS Médecins; levels are close to the peaks observed last year.

Bronchiolitis (< 1 year)

  • Sixth week of the epidemic phase.

  • In emergency departments, the number of visits is decreasing, but the number of hospitalizations remains on the rise. At SOS Médecins, activity is stabilizing at moderate levels. The circulation of RSV is also stabilizing.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses

  • Fifth week of the epidemic phase

  • Activity is stabilizing in community practice at SOS Médecins and Sentinelles. In emergency departments, activity continues to rise, but at a slower pace than in previous weeks; levels are comparable to those observed during the previous season.

COVID-19

  • Activity is low and stable in emergency departments and at SOS Médecins.
