Dunkirk and Flanders: A bus equipped for physical activity right in your neighborhood [Interview].

In Dunkirk and the Flanders region, a specially equipped bus picks up seniors to help them engage in physical activities tailored to their needs. The goals: to build self-esteem and help frail individuals discover or rediscover a love of physical activity so they can stay fit and independent for as long as possible. For the past three years, DK Pulse has converted a bus into a mobile gym to reach out to communities, rural areas, and priority neighborhoods.
