Since the beginning of 2023, five confirmed cases of dengue have been identified in the municipalities of Saint-Laurent du Maroni and Kourou. Two of these cases are of the DEN-3 serotype. The epidemiological situation remains at Phase 1 of the Psage* dengue classification: “sporadic cases.”
