The Occupational Disease Surveillance Program (MCP), implemented by Santé publique France in collaboration with the Occupational Health Inspection (IMT) of the Regional Directorate for the Economy, Employment, Labor, and Solidarity (DREETS), has been in place in the Alsace region since 2007 with the support of the Regional Health Observatory (ORS) Grand Est (formerly ORS Alsace, which became Grand Est following a merger with ORSAS Lorraine in December 2017) and in the Lorraine region since 2011 in collaboration with the Research, Statistics, and Evaluation Service (SESE) of the DREETS Grand Est. Since 2017, the program has been expanded to cover the entire Grand Est region.
