Summary

Based on observed temperatures, the Champagne-Ardenne region experienced a heat wave from July 1 to 5 (week 27). During this period, there was an increase in visits to emergency departments (hospital emergency rooms and SOS Médecins) for heat-related conditions.In week 27 (June 29–July 5), the number of deaths observed in the region was not significantly higher than expected.
