• OSCOUR®: The number of emergency department visits for flu-like illness, all ages, is decreasing in week 10-2024 (151 compared to 251 in week 09-2024); representing 0.6% of total activity.

• SOS Médecins: The number of consultations for flu-like symptoms, all ages, is decreasing in week 10-2024 (381 consultations compared to 438 in week 09-2024); the share of activity for influenza is 5.4%.

Bronchiolitis

• The region emerged from the post-epidemic phase in week 03-24.

• OSCOUR®: The proportion of activity related to bronchiolitis among children under 2 years of age in emergency departments has remained stable for several weeks (7.3% in week 10-2024, corresponding to 104 visits).

• SOS Médecins: The proportion of cases related to bronchiolitis among SOS Médecins associations has fluctuated since week 03-2024. In week 10-2024, it was 6.3%, corresponding to 33 consultations.

COVID-19

• OSCOUR®: In week 10-2024, the number of emergency room visits for COVID-19 remained stable compared to the previous week (24 visits), representing 0.1% of total activity.

• SOS Médecins: In week 10-2024, the number of SOS Médecins consultations for COVID-19 was slightly higher than the previous week, though staffing levels were limited (38 consultations compared to 23 in week 09-2024), representing 0.5% of activity for SOS Médecins associations in the region.

Acute Gastroenteritis

• OSCOUR®: The number of emergency department visits for gastroenteritis, across all age groups, remained stable in week 10-2024 compared to previous weeks. The share of activity was 1.3%, representing 320 visits.

• SOS Médecins: The number of consultations for gastroenteritis remained stable in week 10-2024 compared to the previous week (544 consultations), as did the share of activity for this condition (7.6%).
