Flu

• OSCOUR®: The number of emergency room visits for flu-like symptoms, all ages, decreased in week 02-2024 compared to the previous week (274 visits versus 446 in week 01-2024); representing 1.2% of total activity.

• SOS Médecins: The number of consultations for flu-like symptoms, all ages, remained stable in week 02-2024 (791 consultations compared to 799 in week 01-2024); the flu-related activity share is 10.4% and remains high.

Bronchiolitis

• OSCOUR®: In week 02-2024, the proportion of emergency department visits related to bronchiolitis among children under 2 years of age continued to decline (8.6%), as did the number of visits (103 visits). The proportion of hospitalizations for bronchiolitis among all hospitalizations following a visit to the emergency department for children under 2 years of age is 16.9%.

• SOS Médecins: In week 02-2024, the proportion of cases related to bronchiolitis among SOS Médecins cases is decreasing. It stands at 4.8%, and the number of consultations is also down (21 consultations).

COVID-19

• OSCOUR®: In week 02-2024, the number of emergency department visits for COVID-19 has decreased significantly compared to previous weeks (149 visits versus 289 in week 01-2024), representing 0.6% of activity.

• SOS Médecins: In week 02-2024, the number of SOS Médecins consultations for COVID-19 decreased compared to the previous week (69 consultations versus 108 in week 01-2024), representing 0.9% of the activity of SOS Médecins associations in the region.

Acute Gastroenteritis

• OSCOUR®: The number of emergency department visits for gastroenteritis, across all age groups, decreased in week 02-2024 compared to previous weeks. The share of activity is 1.2%, representing 291 visits.

• SOS Médecins: The number of consultations for gastroenteritis remained stable in week 02-2024 (724 consultations), while the share of activity for this condition was 9.5%, continuing to rise compared to previous weeks.
