Key Findings

• Since September 7, 2015 (week 37), bronchiolitis activity has been low for both data sources, despite a slight increase in week 41.

• Since week 37, the number of cases of gastroenteritis and diarrhea has been in line with expected values outside of the epidemic season. In week 41, 93 weekly diagnoses were made by emergency departments and 70 by the SOS Médecins Meurthe-et-Moselle association.

• Based on available data, no unusual increase in mortality has been observed in Lorraine over the past few weeks. Since the time lag for reporting death data exceeds 7 days, data for week 41 are currently being consolidated.
