In hospitals, as in private practice, activity related to gastroenteritis remains low.
In hospitals, the number of asthma diagnoses is increasing, though this is not accompanied by a rise in hospitalizations. In private practice, this trend is not observed.
The number of allergy diagnoses remains low.
According to the surveillance map from the National Aerobiological Surveillance Network (RNSA), the entire Lorraine region is at low risk for oak and grass pollen for the period from May 31 to June 17, 2013.
Regarding the surveillance of emerging respiratory viruses, no cases have been confirmed to date in the Lorraine region. However, two cases were confirmed at MERSCoV centers in France in May.
