Santé publique France, in collaboration with the Occupational Health Inspection (IMT) of the Ministry of Labor, has established a system for health monitoring and epidemiological surveillance of work-related diseases (MCP). In the Centre-Val de Loire region, this initiative has been jointly conducted since 2008 by Santé publique France, the IMT of the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Directorate for the Economy, Employment, Labor, and Solidarity (Dreets), and the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Health Observatory (ORS). Surveillance of occupational diseases involves volunteer occupational physicians, with the support of nurses, reporting all occupational diseases encountered during consultations with employees over two consecutive weeks (known as "MCP Fortnights"). This brochure focuses on the analysis of data from the four MCP Fortnights conducted in 2021 and 2022. Note that in 2020, due to the COVID-19 crisis, there were no MCP Fortnights in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
