  • Influenza: S05-2013In week 5, the incidence rate estimated by the Sentinelles network remains above the epidemic threshold. The highest incidence rates are in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Rhône-Alpes, Limousin, Languedoc-Roussillon, and Centre regions.

  • Acute Gastroenteritis (AGE): Week 5, 2013According to data from the Sentinelles Network, the gastroenteritis epidemic has ended and lasted 4 weeks, peaking in Week 1 (December 31, 2012, to January 6, 2013). More than 860,000 people are estimated to have consulted their primary care physician for acute diarrhea during this period.

  • Emergency room visits in the Centre region: Week 04 (January 21–27)Thresholds exceeded for all age groups, under one year, and over 75 years.
