In Week 39, the incidence rate remained stable compared to the adjusted rate for the holiday in Week 38. The positivity rate is declining. SOS Médecins calls and the number of COVID-19-related deaths in hospitals remained stable, while emergency room visits and the number of cases in long-term care facilities increased.

  • Chickenpox: activity stable at SOS Médecins and hospital emergency departments.

  • Allergies: activity on the rise at SOS Médecins and hospital emergency departments.

  • Asthma (ages 2–14): activity is rising at SOS Médecins and declining in hospital emergency departments.

  • Heat-related illnesses: no cases at SOS Médecins and decreasing in hospital emergency departments.
