Activity related to gastroenteritis was higher than that observed in 2021 and 2020 during the same period. Among children under 5 years of age, activity related to gastroenteritis was down compared to the previous week (4.5% vs. 8.6% in week 20).

  • In week 21, the hospitalization rate was 20.6% (21.1% among children under 5 years of age), stable compared to the previous week (20.9% in week 20), and gastroenteritis accounted for 1.5% of the total number of hospitalizations (2.0% in week 20).
