Decrease in the detection of influenza A virus according to data from the virology laboratories at the Rennes University Hospital and the Brest University Hospital. Epidemic activity. Decrease in the number of emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations for influenza and influenza-like illness. Case numbers are declining across all age groups. Gastroenteritis

ENT Conditions

• High activity. In S05, among children under 5, ENT conditions accounted for 12% of emergency room visits (compared to 11% in S04) and 47% of SOS Médecins consultations (compared to 46% in S04). Increase in the detection rate of rhinoviruses/enteroviruses by the Virology Laboratory at Rennes University Hospital (positivity rate of 12.3% in S05 compared to 9.3% in S04) and stability in the detection rate at Brest University Hospital (positivity rate of 4.0% in S05 compared to 4.5% in S04).

Pneumonias

• Decrease in emergency room visits and SOS Médecins consultations for pneumonia.

Asthma

• High activity. Decrease in SOS Médecins consultations and slight increase in emergency department visits across all age groups.
