In the region’s medical-social facilities, 32 clusters of influenza cases have been reported since Week 51. This etiology accounts for the majority of reported cases since Week 02-2024.
Since November 2023, 36 severe cases of influenza admitted to intensive care (27 influenza A, including 2 A(H1N1), 1 influenza B, and 8 with unknown etiology) have been reported.
Acute gastroenteritis
Moderate activity.
Activity at SOS Médecins clinics for acute gastroenteritis is moderate, accounting for 6.4% of visits (vs. 6.0% in Week 1).
Emergency department activity for acute gastroenteritis is moderate, with a visit rate of 1.4% in Week 6 (vs. 1.5% in Week 1).

The spread of SARS-CoV-2 continues to slow in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
