INSERM Collective Expert Review: Pesticides and Health Effects The Ministry of Health commissioned Inserm to conduct a review of the international scientific literature published over the past 30 years to provide evidence on the health risks associated with occupational exposure to pesticides, particularly in the agricultural sector, and on the effects of early exposure in fetuses and young children.On June 12, 2013, Inserm presented a summary of the results of its collective review, which drew on a multidisciplinary group of experts comprising epidemiologists and biologists specializing in cellular and molecular toxicology.
