Situation in Rhône-Alpes
The current bronchiolitis outbreak is primarily caused by RSV. However, at the national level, the peak of the outbreak has passed. There is still no circulation of influenza viruses.
The number of consultations for nasopharyngitis remains high.
The number of gastroenteritis diagnoses continues to rise.
Several cases of infectious pneumonia have been diagnosed at a medical practice in Montmélian (73). Investigations are underway to determine the source.
