COVID-19

  • The spread of SARS-CoV-2 is increasing but remains at a moderate level in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

Bronchiolitis

  • Epicemic phase

  • A marked increase in SOS Médecin calls, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations for bronchiolitis among children under 2 years of age.

  • Entry into the first week of the epidemic.

Flu

  • Continuing increase in the incidence of influenza-like illness.

  • Activity and hospitalizations remain stable.

Chikungunya, dengue, and Zika

  • As of November 22, 215 imported cases of dengue—mostly from Martinique and Guadeloupe—10 imported cases of chikungunya, and 2 imported cases of Zika have been identified in the region. Two cases of locally acquired dengue were detected in the Dôme region in late September 2023.
