60,536 hospitalizations, including 10,628 in intensive care; 11,577 deaths in hospital
2,441 cases reported by sentinel intensive care units; median age of 67; 82% had one or more comorbidities; median length of stay of 10 days
4,381 outbreaks reported in long-term care facilities, including 2,238 in nursing homes; 38,011 cases among residents and 20,211 among staff members; 5,527 deaths occurring within these facilities
64,725 emergency room visits and 32,100 SOS Médecins calls for suspected COVID-19
81% of people aged 75 and older had received one dose; 69% had completed the full vaccination series as of June 1, 2021
