High School Professionals: How Can We Prevent Addictive Behaviors?

As part of the preparations for implementing the decree banning smoking in public places, a study was conducted in forty high schools in the Auvergne region. It highlights the various perspectives held by school staff regarding smoking and addiction prevention. The study underscores how important it is to support changes in professionals’ practices and, therefore, to start from where they are, identify the factors shaping their relationship to prevention, and understand the collective dynamics at work within high schools.
