  • All indicators have been rising for several weeks, with values for outpatient medical data exceeding seasonal thresholds. Following consultation with the Technical Committee for Dengue Monitoring (10/14/2024), Santé publique France Antilles considers that the epidemiological situation regarding dengue corresponds to Phase 2, Level 2 of the PSAGE: outbreak(s) with potential for spread or multiple outbreaks with epidemiological link(s) between them.

  • The indicators for week 43 should be interpreted with caution given the social context (blockades, roadblocks) limiting access to healthcare services.

Guadeloupe

  • The current dengue situation corresponds to very active virus circulation. The Technical Committee for Dengue Monitoring will convene on November 6 to reassess the epidemiological situation of dengue, which currently corresponds to Phase 3 of the PSAGE: Epidemic risk, with clinically suggestive cases exceeding the maximum expected level.

Saint Martin

  • The situation is calm. Phase 1 of the PSAGE dengue protocol: sporadic cases and isolated outbreaks with no epidemiological link(s).

Saint-Barthélemy

  • The situation is calm. Phase 1 of the dengue PSAGE: sporadic cases and isolated outbreaks or outbreaks with no epidemiological link(s). Aedes albopictus has been identified on the island.
