• Data on clinically suggestive cases appear to show a decline over the past few weeks; however, this relative decrease should be interpreted with caution due to the holidays in week 44 and school vacations. Hospital surveillance indicators for dengue, however, remain at high levels.

Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin

• Following consultation with members of the Technical Committees for Dengue Monitoring, Santé publique France considers that the epidemiological situation regarding dengue in Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy corresponds to the epidemic phase (Phase 3 of the PSAGE* dengue).
