Key points

Guadeloupe and Martinique

  • In Phase 4, Level 1 of the PSAGE* dengue protocol: confirmed epidemic

  • A stabilization in the number of clinically suggestive cases has been observed over the past two weeks (S46 to S47). In hospitals, the number of emergency room visits remains stable and at still-high levels in Guadeloupe; it is decreasing in Martinique.

Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin

  • In Phase 3 of the PSAGE dengue alert system: confirmed epidemic.

  • For the past three weeks (W45 to W47), the number of clinically suggestive dengue cases has exceeded 100 in Saint Martin and remains stable in Saint Barthélemy, with an average of 89 clinical cases per week. The increase in the number of emergency room visits continues for the third consecutive week in Saint Martin, while in Saint Barthélemy, 25 visits were recorded, as at the beginning of November.
