Surveillance indicators in community healthcare remain at relatively high levels in Martinique and Guadeloupe. This indicates continued dengue transmission in these territories and the need to further strengthen individual and collective prevention measures.
In Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy, the downward trend in surveillance indicators is confirmed in both community settings and hospitals.
The DENV-2 serotype is predominantly identified in the samples analyzed.
