COVID-19 in the Caribbean. Update as of July 26, 2024.

Key Points

  • In Guadeloupe, epidemiological surveillance indicators for COVID-19, both in urban areas and in hospitals, are declining.

  • In Martinique, although the overall trend has been downward for several weeks, the estimated number of clinically suggestive cases increased last week (Week 2024–29). This increase needs to be confirmed due to a low number of responding physicians during this period.

  • In Saint Barthélemy and Saint Martin, epidemiological surveillance indicators are generally on the decline.
