The monitoring system reported the following for the week of July 27–August 2, 2026 (Week 31): 

• No unusual increase in emergency department visits or calls to SOS Médecins associations near the fires, regardless of cause
• Relative stability in asthma-related activity at emergency departments and SOS Médecins organizations in the Bordeaux Metropolitan Area following the increase observed in week 30 of 2026 (July 20–26)
• Continued increase in the number of patients seeking care for anxiety at SOS Médecins clinics in Bordeaux and a resurgence in activity related to depressive episodes
