An orange heat wave alert was in effect for the entire Hauts-de-France region for three consecutive days from July 11 to 13, but the heat wave lasted a week in the departments of Aisne and Oise. An increase in healthcare utilization related to iCanicule was observed at the regional level, but it was much lower than that seen during the June heatwave.
