  • The daily number of heat-related illnesses in emergency rooms is low.
  • SOS Médecins’ heat-related activity is also low.

Leptospirosis

  • The number of reported cases in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté was lower in 2025 than in 2024, as it was in mainland France and Corsica (n = 441 in 2024 and n = 274 in 2025).
  • However, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté remains among the regions with the highest rates in mainland France (1.1 per 100,000 inhabitants in 2024 and 0.6 in 2025, respectively). 

Non-specific Surveillance (SurSaUD®)

  • The all-cause activity of emergency departments and SOS Médecins associations remains at typical levels compared to the previous two years.
