Notifiable diseases
At the regional level, Santé publique France is monitoring four notifiable diseases with epidemic potential: hepatitis A, invasive meningococcal disease, Legionnaires’ disease, and measles. As of May 5, 2026:
- 52 cases of hepatitis A
- 23 cases of invasive meningococcal disease
- 79 cases of Legionnaires’ disease
- 4 cases of measles
Mortality
- Between weeks 13 and 17 (March 23 to April 26, 2026), no significant excess mortality was observed.
