Nutrition and Health Inequalities: Examples from Quebec.
Various regions in Quebec are implementing nutrition policies aimed at the poorest populations by funding initiatives and supporting programs, particularly in schools. However, as the author points out, reducing social inequalities in food access has its limits; only a social policy that includes measures addressing income, transportation, and housing can address the root causes of these inequalities.
