National Depression Information Initiative.

Depression, which affects nearly three million people each year in France, according to the National Institute for Prevention and Health Education (INPES), has naturally been included in the information campaign for the 2005–2008 Mental Health Plan. Two resources are available to strengthen the prevention, detection, and treatment of this illness: a guide and a website, which Bernard Basset, deputy director general of INPES, outlines for us.
