The proportion of cases has also decreased (6.5% in Week 37 vs. 9.9% in Week 36) and is at a level comparable to that of previous years.

• Nationally, in Week 37—the second week of the school year in mainland France, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, and Martinique—visits for asthma among children under 15 have risen sharply in emergency departments (+135%, or +1,968 visits) and at SOS Médecins clinics (+111%, or +307 cases) compared to the previous week. Activity levels are also rising in both networks, at levels comparable to those of previous years.
