• In the Indian Ocean region, the number of emergency room visits for asthma among children under 15 is up compared to Week 39 (+28%, or +22 visits). The share of activity, also on the rise (6.4% in Week 40 vs. 4.9% in Week 39), remains at a level comparable to that of previous years.

• Nationally, emergency department visits for asthma among children under 15 have stabilized compared to the previous two weeks. The shares of activity in both networks are at levels comparable to those of previous years.
