The share of these visits to emergency departments (3.5%) and SOS Médecins calls (2%) in total activity remained stable and comparable to previous years.

• In the Indian Ocean region, emergency department visits and their share of total activity are down, with 53 visits in S42 vs. 64 visits in S41 (5.3% vs. 6.1%, respectively).
