Illness

The number of people living with dementia in France was estimated at 1,200,000 in 2014. Dementia is about twice as common in women as in men.

Information

Recent studies estimate that there are approximately 24,000 cases of dementia among people under the age of 65 in France. (Oral presentation at the Alzheimer’s Congress in December 2018)
