85% believe they can take action to improve their mental health and well-being
67% consider support from loved ones to be one of the most effective solutions (50% for psychotherapy)
24% find it embarrassing to talk about their psychological problems with certain people in their social circle (family, friends, or both)
42% believe that cost is one of the main barriers to seeing a psychiatrist, psychologist, or psychotherapist for anxiety or depression
30% of people suffering from anxiety or depression do not believe that effective treatments for depression exist (28% for anxiety)
