Combating the "health gradient" that affects children and parents.

The more disadvantaged one’s socioeconomic situation, the poorer one’s health. This “social gradient” is consistently observed across all contexts in scientific studies. The “Gradient” program, implemented by several European Union member states and supported by the EU, develops strategies to combat this gradient, which begins to emerge as early as early childhood.
