Monitoring of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. Bulletin of November 9, 2009.

Update for Weeks 42 and 43 (October 12–25, 2009):

  • The weekly number of reported carbon monoxide (CO) poisonings, which has increased compared to previous weeks, is characteristic of the trends observed at the start of the heating season;

  • compared to the same period in 2008, the numbers are nevertheless lower,

  • Three deaths associated with two incidents of accidental CO poisoning were reported.
