Monitoring of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning. Bulletin of March 2, 2009.

Update on Weeks 7 and 8 of 2009 (February 9–22, 2009):

  • The number of carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning incidents, down from previous weeks, is comparable to the situation typically observed at the end of the heating season;

  • During these two weeks, 8 group CO poisoning incidents involved groups of up to 9 people. According to the information available at the time of reporting, these incidents occurred either in a residence (3 incidents) or in a public building, such as a multipurpose hall or restaurant.
