If the online support documents (FAQ, notification letter, user manuals, and slideshow) have not helped you resolve your issues logging into the app (such as a lost password), you can contact Santé publique France directly through the app’s technical support at the following address: esin-support@santepubliquefrance.fr. Please note that if you need to obtain a new password after losing it, you can do so directly from the home page by clicking the "I forgot my password" button. If you have received multiple passwords, please keep only the most recent one.
