Self-Assessment Checklist for One’s Own Psychosocial Skills (PSS)

This self-assessment grid for one’s own psychosocial competencies (PSCs), developed by Santé publique France, outlines the knowledge and skills needed to develop each of the specific PSCs within the cognitive, emotional, and social categories. This work is based on the operational framework for psychosocial competencies published in 2025. Following a summary of this knowledge and these skills for all the PSCs identified in the framework, a grid is provided to self-assess on a scale of 0 to 5 regarding what I know and how I apply the various specific PSCs. For example, to strengthen emotional awareness—and specifically the identification of emotions—how would I rate myself on my knowledge of the emotions I perceive?
